Previously, when I was part of a small IT team, we utilized our service called "SPEED Call," which automatically makes emergency calls. With "Symphony Call," we can also expect similar immediacy, and in addition, the flexibility has increased due to functional enhancements, such as the ability to integrate with other systems and make notifications. This has made it more realistic to utilize the service from a field perspective, rather than just making phone calls.
